Xperience : UKSW delegates on Asean English Olympics 2012

Even this has already past, i want to share about my experience in joining Asean English Olympics in Binus University Jakarta... this was held in February 2012, and followed by participants from inside Indonesia, also from Singapore, India, Malaysia, Thailand, and some other Asean countries...

There were several fields of the championship : debates, story telling, speech, news casting, and scrabble... From my University (Satya Wacana Christian University) also sent some delegates (including me)... all from English Department Faculty which the members of ECC... English Competition Club... it's the club in our campus for those who wants to join English Competition...

Mela and Ci Ivana joined news casting, Anissa joined story telling, Ko Krisma joined scrabble, Indra and I joined speech...

well, from all the fields, I prefer to join speech because I really love public speaking class and I like to share my opinion, I think I could deliver my thought quiet well...

then we prepared ourselves by practice and practice and on Sunday early morning, we flew to Jakarta...

But we didn't continue to the final, well we're so sad...

but we believe that what judges had decided is the fair one... 

so we don't want to be sad, sad, and sad... and hey! 

tonight was Valentine Day... so we're thinking, why don't we celebrate a little party?

 and ofcourse, never forget to take pictures... lol

memories last forever right?

we spent our beautiful night together...

that time was really fun and i will never forget it... 

Next morning, oh yeah! it's time for GIRLS time...

Mela, Ci Ivana, Anissa, and I started our day at 10 am...

our first destination begun with Mall Taman Anggrek, shopping shopping shopping!!!

after lunch, we're moving from Mall Taman Anggrek to Central Park....

we're shopping and eating a lot... lol 

we ended our "girls night" in Krispy Kreme...

since there's no Krispy Creme in our hometown... :(

 well, even none of us win the competition, but in here, we got many experiemces...
we're making friends with other participants, we learn from each other experiences...
and we do believe that failure is the beginning of succesful...
we might have done our best, but not the very best yet!!!
so we will learn and learn and learn...
and will definitely join other competition... :)
